Carolyn is a seasoned product leader with a background in digital media and content strategy. As Senior Director of Product at Mozilla, she oversees New Tab, Content Products, and Growth for Firefox. Previously, she led Pocket's global content recommendations strategy, expanding the product to multiple markets and launching new business lines. Carolyn has a strong track record of balancing business and user objectives and has worked closely with ad product and ad sales teams.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Jason is a key member of PMG’s Center of Excellence, where he consults on media strategies for clients such as Nike, Kohler, and Best Western. He also leads PMG’s efforts on privacy matters. In addition to his work at PMG, Jason serves on the ANA Ethics Policy Committee, contributing to their Ethics Code of Marketing, particularly in the areas of innovation and AI.

Lauren Weinstein is an expert in antitrust litigation with extensive experience in business disputes across state and federal courts. As a Special State Attorney General, she played a key role in the $800 million settlement in the In re Google Play Store Antitrust Litigation. Recognized by Chambers and Partners as a rising star in antitrust law, she has also served as co-chair of the ABA Section of Litigation’s Antitrust Litigation Committee and frequently writes and speaks on antitrust issues.

Michael Sondak is the Senior Vice President, Head of Search for North America the Omnicom Media Group where he is focused on the growth of the search through evolving search capabilities, talent development, and new business. Previous to this Omnicom, Michael has spent 13 years at Google. In his most recent role, he was responsible for Agency sales and account management for the Search Ads 360 platform. In this capacity, he developed global products and solutions, many of which are used by agencies today. Michael is from the NYC area, and currently lives on Long Island with his wife and two kids.
Morgan Chemij serves as Senior Director of Marketing and Global UX at HP.com. At HP, he oversees Acquisition and Retention marketing for HP’s US ecommerce division as well as UX across HPs 27 global stores. Prior to that, he oversaw e-commerce marketing at FTD brands– before which he spent many years agency side at iCrossing and Wunderman Thompson creating best-in-class search and digital innovations for the likes of American Express, American Airlines, Disney, FedEx, Citibank, Land Rover and countless others.
Nate Knox is the head of paid search at T-Mobile, overseeing the team, the budget, the strategy, and execution of all things paid search for the enterprise. He also leads partnerships with Google, Microsoft, and the favorite partner we all share AdMarketplace - driving innovation, partnership, and the use of (or lack of) AI in our critical field. Prior to joining T-Mobile, Nate led paid media at 3M across all major markets globally and spent many years agency-side leading performance media teams on clients including Subaru, Bissell Vacuums, Jack Link's, and many more.
Ron Schnell is a tech veteran with over 40 years of experience. He started as a programmer for major companies like Bell Labs and Sun Microsystems. He also founded and sold startups, most notably MailCall.com. He played a key role in enforcing a court order against Microsoft as CEO of The Technical Committee. Beyond development, he is known for creating the widely installed game "Dunnet" and is a sought-after expert witness in high-profile cases.
Sumit Sharma is an applied economist and advocate with experience across regulatory, competition and sectoral policies covering the US, UK, Europe, and other jurisdictions. He has advised both governments and companies on strategy, policy design, and investment matters. His broad experience includes expert advisory work as a consultant for Oxera and NERA, in-house for Three UK, and recently as the lead policy advocate for Consumer Reports advancing pro-competitive policies

The Welcome Reception will be from 5-9pm ET on the evening of Tuesday, September 17 at The Gansevoort Hotel Roof.
The Closing Reception will be from 6-9:30pm ET on the evening of Wednesday, September 18 at the Boom Room at the top of the Standard Hotel.
The dress code for IMPACT and all related events is business casual. We recommend bringing a light jacket for rooftop evening events.
