California Consumer Privacy Act Disclosures:

This California Consumer Privacy Act disclosure page ("Disclosure") supplements the adMarketplace Privacy Policy.  The adMarketplace Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, the circumstances under which we share personal information, and with whom we share it.  These additional disclosures are in connection with the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"):

  • Categories of personal information collected and disclosed for a business purpose.  The personal information that adMarketplace, a service provider as defined by CCPA, collects, or has collected from consumers in the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Disclosure, falls into the following categories established by the CCPA:
    • Identifiers such as IP address or device IDs;
    • Internet or other electronic network activity information, including advertising or content interaction information;
    • Geolocation data, such as the location of your device or computer;
  • Right to Request Access to or Deletion of Personal Information:  You may gain access to or delete personal information collected through our Services by visiting the websites you visited (and who engaged our Services) and making your requests to those businesses.  In regard to adMarketplace Services, we are a service provider, and we do not sell personal information.  In regard to personal information collected from our site (adMarketplace.com), please complete this form.
  • No sale of personal information.  In the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Disclosure, adMarketplace has not sold any personal information of consumers, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
  • No Discrimination.  adMarketplace will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
